Visitation Policy
- Visitation must be pre-booked by calling our mainline at 6831 5161.
- Each visitation is limited to 1 hour per time slot.
- Each visitation is limited to a maximum of 4 visitors per resident per time slot.
- If you are late for the appointed time slot, you can only conduct your visit with the remaining time in the time slot.
Use of Personal Mobility Aids (PMA)
Personal Mobility Aids (PMA) are not allowed in our wards. For visitors who are not mobile or have difficulty in walking, please use the wheelchairs available at level 1 lift lobby for your use during your visit. Please approach our staff for assistance.
No Personal Mobility Devices (PMD)
Use of Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) or Power-assisted Bicycles (PABs) is strictly not allowed within the premises. Please do not bring in PMD during your visit.
